Job Purpose/Summary
This role will provide Northern Ireland Caring Services, Policy and Public Affairs, and
Senior Leadership teams with vital evidence to help influence, improve, and inform
the shape of End-of-Life Care in Northern Ireland. The Evidence Lead will be
responsible for evidence synthesis through a portfolio of evaluation and research
activities as well as consolidating existing research and data. They will draw meaning
from these data and communicate insights in a way that delivers maximum impact on
policy development and influence, service improvement, commissioning, and
fundraising.
